Squire Squash Casserole

 

Ingredients for this low calorie, low fat recipe are:

 

4 cups of Yellow Summer Squash

1/2 cup of diced onion

Salt, Pepper

2 Tablespoons of Parkay no calorie butter spray

12 Crumbled Saltines

1/2 cup of Skimmed Milk

2 ounces of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 Cup of Splenda

 

Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Calories: Serves 4 for about 125 calories each.
