1 small bag of cooked baby carrots
brown sugar
ground cinnamon
Splenda
No Calorie Butter Spray (Parkay)
1-2 Pecans, crumbled (optional)
3/4 cup of Miniature Marshmallows
The beauty of Nutcracker Yams is that YOU control the amount of cinnamon, sugars and butter spray added. Yams contain about three times the calories as carrots; sweet potatoes contain about four times the calories - so substituting carrots saves a lot of calories!
Begin by loading the large tube of your Magic Bullet Blender with the cooked carrots. Fill half-way; add remaining ingredient - except the marshmallows. Whip.
