3 Ounces of chicken breast - salt and pepper to suit personal taste

Fresh Spinach

1 Teaspoon of Dried Cranberries

1 Teaspoon of Golden Raisins

1 Teaspoon of Crush Pecans

One Orange

Buttered Flavored Non-Stick Cooking Spray


Place chicken in non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add juice of orange. Cook until well done. Add remaining ingredients, turning to coat with orange sauce.


Calories: Serves 1 for about 250 calories.
