Ingredients for this low calorie, low fat recipe are:
1 small peeled potato, diced
Salt, Pepper
1/4 Cup Diced Onions
Cooking Spray
2 Slices of Cooked Maple Flavored Bacon
Cook in non-stick skillet using butter-flavored cooking spray. Add 1/4 cup of diced onions, salt and pepper. When potatoes reach desired doneness, sprinkle with crumbled up bacon.
