Cabbage Rolls

 

Ingredients for this low calorie, low fat recipe are:

Several whole cabbage leaves, blanched

1 pound of extra lean ground beef

1 egg

Salt, Pepper

1/2 cup of bread crumbs

1 cup Catsup

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper

 

Mix beef, egg, salt, pepper and bread crumbs together. Roll into cabbage leaf and top with catsup, bell pepper and onion. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes - or until done in center.

Calories: This low calorie, low fat free diet menu recipe contains about 1,300 calories and makes several cabbage rolls.
